Tired of the run around for over a Year.

I am emailing you as I have tried emailing for a month for easy home in Grand Prairie ab to figure out the issue that we have going on with my sectional as its coming apart. I do pay the money every month in case something happens to my things Ive been a loyal customer for many many years.

They told me I would cat a different set so I said sure that sounds good and then sent a another email with the furniture I wanted to be replaced and nobody is getting back to me its actually been almost a year since all this has begun and nothings been done with it so I said that they could just come and get the sectional. Its just very upsetting after being a customer with you guys for like nine years of not more I mean Im saying for for the help that they have helped with me over the years when Ive been sick and stuff, but the fact of the matter is the customer service sucks.

no one is emailing me and Id rather email because I can leave voicemails unknown calls me back either or non-return the phone call so I was just like this matter dealt with. Thank you

Portable air conditioner goes to E4 within an hour and has to be emptied. It is on cooling mode not dehumidifier. Unit of another brand doesnt do this.

Hold on account

Why is there a hold on my account talked to my bank and was talking to Ron at my easyhome branch and no one can find out why there is a hold every week I have a customer for 10 years and never had this problem it would be great if I could get this resolved as soon as possible please

The company is not honest from the beginning. They constantly call and harass my husband. They came to our house, which was humiliating, pounding constantly on our door. Please I implore anybody do not buy anything from Easy Home, they will charge you over 29%. They take advantage of low income earners, making them believe that what they are purchasing is cheap, but in actuality they triple the cost overtime absolutely" no transparency" Con artists.BU

My fan I purchased is not working properly

Hello I am calling because I got the tall easy home medal fan not even 2 months ago and when I went to turn it on today the fan wouldn't come on. I had to turn the fan on and off a few times in order for it to start to work.

Promblem with product

Not happy still not recieved the form to claim refund. I have rang up twice. Nothing more to say my warrenty runs out on 4th september. Looks like i will not be getting a refund after all. I am not a happy customer. I should have been able to get a refund in store. Took me long enougj to get the correct fone number.

Item stop working

I brought the humidifier about a week ago for my office at work. I follow an Alidi page on Facebook and the rave about the product so I gave it a try. Everything was going fine until this week I came ready to start the week fill the bottle with water loaded and turn it on. when I turn it on nothing happens. I try to troubleshoot but still nothing. Will never ever in the future buy anything from this company.... We had purchased the club membership and my husband lost his job and we were told things would be pretty easy with this membership but when it actually comes down to it and you have to use this membership its a waste of money and we could not get anything done with it....,, They wanted to get my husbands ex boss involved seriously its ridiculous.. We also will be returning the items back to the store in the next month. We have delt with Easyhome in the past never had an issue until now wont get a good review from us and by the looks of it you didnt get a good review from most of the customers.

Husband lost job..,,Paying club membership never missed a payment....Submitted all forms still getting harassing from the store.... The membership club payment is a joke because when it comes down to handling the situation they dont want to deal with it so if its not settled in the next week we are returning the fridge and stove and buy second hand.

well what happens is i was renting a tv from this suppose to be professional company and then 1 week from today i call the st Catharines Ontario store on welland avenue and talk to a person that is working there and i said that i am returning the tv since i received a better one in return then she proceded to tell me i have to talk to my manager and they will get back to me and then nothing happend i waited and call again 2 days later and same and then they call me on the due date and said your tv payment is due and i told grupta that no i have ask for the tv to be pick up nd she said ok we can come and get and then i told her my daugther was prononce positive for covid 19 and they said then you have to make a payment and i said no anyway my complaints is that they simply dont care about their costumer all the care is about the money i am writing a review and my next step is to contact the news team have a nice one hardhome

I keep getting calls from another store with the Manager by the name a Lidia. Her and one of her employee called me a thief and a *** because am behind on 2 payment due to financial issues. Everyday I would get a call from these 2 ladies Lidia is very rude and so is all of her employees I was told to go get a job and learn to pay my bills and what type a man I am cussing like a *** and how my children would be ashamed of me am really not well because of all this insults Ive been getting
