OUR BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE, BUT UNFORTUNTELY EASYHOME'S LATE FEE'S ARE BEHIND. REALLY HARD TO MAKE PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE STAFF @ STORE 691 IN EDMONTON, AB.
REQUESTED A PHONE# OR EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE OWNER, GOT THE REPLY FROM EASYHOME STAFF " THE OWNER DOESN'T PHONE HIS CLIENTS, THATS WHY HE PAYS US". I DIDN'T ASK FOR THE OWNER TO CALL ME! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HAVE PHONED A CONTACT # ON THEIR SITE TWICE NOW, LEFT MESSAGE EACH TIME, AND STILL NO RETURN CALL BACK. TODAY, THEY ARE THREATENING A PICK TIME FOR THE MERCHANDISE OR LEGAL ACTION, ALSO CALLING A SHERIFF.
FOR LATE FEE'S, NOT BEHIND ON PAYMENTS BUT FOR THEIR LATE FEE'S. YES, I TELL PEOPLE THIS AND THEY SAY, "YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING!"' SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE, STAY THE *** AWAY FROM EASYHOME. WHEN YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, PLEASE MAKE SURE WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING FOR! THE STAFF @ EASYHOME #691 ONLY WANTED THEIR BONUS, DIDN'T INFORM IMPERATIVE INFORMATION CONCERNING A PRODUCT, IN WHICH WE DID RETURN.
YET T FIND OUT THAT THEY ALSO CHARGE TO RETURN PRODUCTS. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRABBER, A BIG MISTAKE TO GO THERE!
